About Alpaca
Alpaca is a fast-growing team of ML researchers and engineers focused on building next-generation creative tools powered by generative models. We want to build out the medium for a seamless and expressive interaction space between users and models while fundamentally rethinking the way in which creative work can be done. We’re excited about pushing new frontiers in research and design, shipping features that look and feel like magic, and fostering a dynamic community around our work.
About the role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, versatile, and friendly individual who will be comfortable executing on multiple parts of our community, marketing, and growth strategy. Ideal candidate will have strong written skills, high attention to detail, be quick to grasp and learn new concepts, and be willing/ready to experiment and try new things.
Ideally, you’ll have experience with digital marketing and communication work, preferably with experience using basic design tools (Figma, Photoshop etc) and video production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro) or be willing to learn them. Bonus points for experience for experience with digital art/painting/drawing!
Most of our users are concept artists at games studios or animation studios; professional illustrators, comic artists, or hobbyist artists — they are wonderful to interact with and a good part of the role will involve speaking with these kinds of users about their work and their creative processes.
